Way-Too-Early Odds for Super Bowl 2027

Way-Too-Early Odds for Super Bowl 2027

With their 29-13 win over the Patriots, the Seahawks are your Super Bowl LX champions. Few people could have predicted this outcome, with Seattle’s Super Bowl odds sitting at +6000 heading into last season.

Everything had to come together perfectly for the Seahawks, and that’s exactly what happened. Sam Darnold stepped up in his first year with the team, Jaxon Smith-Njigba developed into one of the game’s top receivers and the defence rose to the occasion in the playoffs.

It may feel a bit early for a deep dive into next year’s Super Bowl odds, but it never hurts to take a look at the betting markets and see which teams are expected to contend for a title. Let’s take a sneak peek at the current Super Bowl odds for all 32 NFL teams, highlighting some of the top contenders and high-value longshots along the way.

Here are the way-too-early odds for Super Bowl LXI.

Seattle Seahawks +750

Fresh off their Super Bowl victory, the Seahawks remain the betting favourite to win Super Bowl LXI in 2027. While many winners struggle to keep it together the following season, this team is in a great position to repeat as NFL champions. Sam Darnold will be back at quarterback next year, while WR Smith-Njigba still provides tremendous value playing under his rookie contract.

Key defensive contributors like DEs Leonard Williams and DeMarcus Lawrence also remain under contract, as does CB Devon Witherspoon. Super Bowl MVP Kenneth Walker is set to become a free agent, but the Seahawks have another viable running back option in Zach Charbonnet. Seattle should be a top contender once again next season.

Baltimore Ravens +1200

The Ravens are pretty high on the list for a team that just missed the playoffs and fired their head coach, but they’ll be in the Super Bowl conversation as long as they have Lamar Jackson under centre. The two-time MVP is a dual-threat and still has effective offensive weapons in WR Zay Flowers and TE Mark Andrews. If they continue to get solid production from RB Derrick Henry, this offence will be tough to stop.

Although their defence struggled this year, new defensive-minded head coach Jesse Minter should be able to improve a unit that already includes talented players like LB Roquan Smith, S Kyle Hamilton and CB Marlon Humphrey. With Baltimore rumored to be after All-Pro pass rusher Trey Hendrickson in free agency, the Ravens’ current Super Bowl odds could seem like a bargain by Week 1.

San Francisco 49ers +1800

Injuries have been San Francisco’s biggest obstacle on the road to the Super Bowl, but make no mistake; this team has all of the pieces needed to contend for a title. Even with the team decimated by injuries this season, the 49ers finished 12-5 and reached the playoffs in a competitive NFC. Brock Purdy may not be the flashiest quarterback, but he’s already proven he can lead a team to the Super Bowl.

San Francisco is littered with talent on both sides of the ball, from RB Christian McCaffrey and TE George Kittle to LB Fred Warner and DE Nick Bosa. The team is expected to cut ties with WR Brandon Aiyuk, so they could benefit from adding a true WR1 or at least shoring up their depth at the position. Regardless, you can expect the 49ers to be in the mix down the stretch next season.

Denver Broncos +2000

Considering Denver finished the regular season with the No. 1 seed in the AFC and just barely missed out on a trip to the Super Bowl with their backup quarterback, the Broncos at 20-to-1 are an intriguing betting option. Much of this will depend on the health of QB Bo Nix, who suffered a fractured ankle during the playoffs, but they’ll be legitimate contenders if he’s back and healthy next season.

The real strength of this team is their defence; Denver had arguably the best stop unit in the NFL this past year, finishing second in yards allowed and third in points allowed. They picked up a franchise-record 68 sacks, and their secondary, anchored by former DPOY Pat Surtain II, remains elite. If the old adage of “defence wins championships” remains true, the Broncos are a real threat to win Super Bowl LXI.

Chicago Bears +2800

If you prefer backing a longshot with greater odds, the Bears offer some solid betting value to win Super Bowl LXI in 2027. Any hopes of making it to the Super Bowl are dependent on QB Caleb Williams. If the young passer can build on this year’s strong showing, we could see him step into the elite tier of NFL quarterbacks next season.

Under rookie head coach Ben Johnson, the Bears developed a strong rushing attack and dynamic passing game. The team has quickly shored up their O-line issues, while protecting the football on offence and creating turnovers on defence. Chicago hasn’t played in a Super Bowl since 2007, but this franchise is clearly on the rise and we could see them take that next step in the year to come.
